UK Vision IPTV provides digital streaming subscription services, device guidance and customer support for compatible media players. Available channels, programmes, on-demand content, EPG data, picture quality and player features can depend on the selected plan, device, software, connection and source. Trial and subscription terms are those displayed at the time of request or purchase. Any stated device or connection limit for your chosen plan applies.

Customer Equipment and Connection

  • You are responsible for obtaining a compatible Smart TV, streaming stick, TV box, phone, tablet or computer.
  • You are responsible for installing and maintaining a compatible third-party player.
  • You are responsible for your broadband connection, router, Wi-Fi, data usage and any ISP restrictions.
  • You should test the relevant device and player during the available trial where possible.

Account Details and Confidentiality

Activation details, credentials or playlist parameters supplied for your subscription are for your own use and must be kept confidential. Do not publish, resell, redistribute or share account details unless the applicable plan expressly permits it. You are responsible for activity carried out through credentials issued to you.

Acceptable and Prohibited Use

Use the service only for lawful, personal viewing and in accordance with your plan. Do not use automated tools to overload or probe systems, bypass plan limits, resell access without permission, redistribute credentials, publicly exhibit streams, or use the service in a way that infringes copyright, broadcasting or other applicable laws.

Availability and Service Adjustments

We aim to provide a dependable service, but delivery can be affected by maintenance, upstream sources, internet routing, ISP restrictions, player software, device performance and other factors outside the website operator’s direct control. Channels, programmes, resolutions, EPG data and player compatibility may change as technical conditions change.

Third-Party Applications and Intellectual Property

UK Vision IPTV does not manufacture third-party devices or develop third-party media players. Product names, trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners. Original UK Vision IPTV text, branding and website layouts may not be copied or republished without permission.

Liability and Customer Responsibilities

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you remain responsible for your device, connection, player software, account details and lawful use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a consumer right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The website information is not legal advice; obtain independent advice where needed.

Suspension, Termination and Contact
